Plateau State College of Health Technology, Zawan, has announced the sale of admission forms into the various programmes for the 2024/2025 Academic session. The application will commence on 18th March, 2024.

Candidates for admission into ND Community Health, ND Environmental Health, ND Health Information Management and ND Nutrition and Dietetics programmes need not to purchase the College forms as admission into the programmes is strictly through JAMB (UTME).
Retrainees are also to apply through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination for admission.
Method of Application
Interested applicants should visit the college website via https://cht-zawan.edu.ng and apply to obtain RRR (Remitta Retrieval Reference) number for payment into any commercial bank.
The forms are obtainable from the College’s ICT centre after the payment of N8,000 for Higher National Diploma (HND) and N5,000 for other courses.
Completed application forms with photocopies of credentials are to be submitted to the office of the Deputy Registrar Academics on or before 6th July, 2024.
