National Hospital, Abuja School of Post Basic Nursing admission form is out for the 2024/2025 session. Interested applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into the following Post Basic Nursing programmes:
Post Basic Nephrology Nursing
Post Basic Oncology Nursing
The course duration is one year, which will run from November, 2024 to November, 2025.
Admission Requirements
- Applicant must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- Have a current practicing license issued by the NMCN
- Possess 5 credits in O’ level, GCE, WAEC, NECO in not more than 2 sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- NABTEB must be one sitting
Method of Application
Interested candidate should collect the application form from the School of Post Basic Nursing, National Hospital Abuja on payment of a non-refundable application fee of N20,000. You also have to pay N200 into:

The application forms shall be on sale from 15th April, 2024 and submission of completed application forms will close on 31 July, 2024.
Candidates are to return completed application forms to the School of Post Basic Nursing, National Hospital Abuja. You may also visit the school’s website at https://nationalhospital.gov.ng (not necessary).
Entrance Examination
The date of the entrance examination is 5th August, 2024. The school will contact candidates who meet the minimum requirements through their mobile phone numbers.
