College of Nursing Sciences, Obohia-Ndoki Admissions 2024/2025 — Abia. The College of Nursing Sciences, Obohia has begun the sale of admission forms for its Post Basic Programmes in Nursing and Midwifery. Following approvals by the Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), the college has been given the approval to offer these programmes.

College of Nursing Sciences Obohia Ndoki Admission 2024/2025

Applications are now open for suitably qualified candidates who wish to be admitted into the College of Nursing Sciences, Obohia Ndoki, located in Ukwa East LGA of Abia State. The college offers a four-year, full-time National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in General Nursing.

The post-basic programmes have already commenced in the college and are set to run for 18 months, starting in June 2024.

Admission Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of five Credits including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB examinations
  • WAEC and WAEC, NECO and NECO, WAEC and NECO combinations are accepted
  • NABTEB results must be from a single sitting
  • Candidates are required to have Use of English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics as their subjects in JAMB
  • The cut-off mark for the College of Nursing Sciences, Obohia is 150 (JAMB UTME)

How to Apply for College of Nursing Sciences Obohia Ndoki Admission

Interested candidates who have taken the JAMB exam should use their JAMB registration number to obtain their admission letter on the College of Nursing Sciences Obohia admission portal at https://collegeofnursingobohia.edu.ng.

The screening exercise for post-UTME candidates is scheduled to take place online at 10:00 am. Candidates are required to bring their own gadgets, such as phones or laptops, for the online screening. The exact date of the screening will be communicated to candidates once they have submitted their application form and printed out the acknowledgement slip online.

A non-refundable screening fee of N2,000 must be paid into either the College of Nursing Sciences’ Polaris Bank account (Account Number: 4091334308) or Keystone Bank account (Account Number: 1012092766).

Documents Required for Screening 2024/2025

All candidates must bring the following documents on the day of the screening:

  1. Two (2) recent passport photographs with a white background.
  2. Original copies of WASC, SSCE, NECO, or GCE O Level results.
  3. UTME printout and result slip.
  4. Certificate of Origin.
  5. Certificate of Birth or Affidavit.

Candidates are urged to make sure that all documents are ready and comply with the requirements to avoid disqualification. Apply as soon as possible to secure your chance for admission into these programmes.
