Adamawa State College Of Nursing and Midwifery, ASCNM, Yola Admission form 2024/2025 — Adamawa. ASCNM Yola has announced that the admission form for Nursing and Midwifery Programmes is now on sale.

Post-Basic Nursing Programme
Return Basic Nursing Programme
Return Basic Midwifery Programme
Community Nursing Programme
Community Midwifery Programme
Entry Requirements
- For the Return Basic Nursing Programme, candidates must have five credits in NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB. The required subjects include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics obtained in no more than two sittings.
- For the Community Nursing Programmes, candidates need a minimum of four credits, which must include English Language, Biology, and any other two subjects from the list above.
- Community programmes are exclusively for indigenes. Non-indigenes are not eligible to apply.
- If an applicant is presenting two O-Level results, both results should be from either NECO or WAEC. For NABTEB applicants, all results must be obtained in a single sitting.
Method of Application
Interested candidates can obtain the application form online at https://conam.admissions.cloud. To apply, candidates need to create a new account and make a payment for ten thousand seven hundred naira (N10,700) application fee via Remita using their ATM card or generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) to pay at any bank.
While completing the admission form, candidates must upload the following documents: birth certificate, indigene letter, primary school certificate, testimonial, O-Level results, and four (4) passport-sized photographs. After filling out the form, candidates should print three copies and submit them to the college, along with their e-receipt before before 6th September, 2024.
Entrance Examination
The entrance exam is scheduled to hold on 16th September, 2024. The exact date is provided on the printed slip. Applicants within Yola Metropolis can visit the College cyber café for assistance with the application process at an affordable price.
Successful candidates will be invited for an interview, and the interview date will be communicated to all candidates in due course.
