School of Nursing Umuahia admission form 2024/2025 — Abia. The School of Nursing Umuahia has opened applications for the 2024/2025 academic session. Interested candidates can apply for the nursing programme. Admission will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT), and the date is contained in the notification.

- O’ Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, at not more than two (2) sittings.
- Candidates can combine WAEC and NECO results, but NABTEB must be used alone.
- JAMB not required.
How to Apply for School of Nursing Umuahia 2024/2025
Applications can be obtained from the Nursing Services Department, Ministry of Health, Umuahia, New Secretariat, fourth floor. A non-refundable fee of N10,000 must be paid in two different banks (UBA and Zenith) before obtaining the application form. Make sure to collect your Application Slip, which contains your exam details.
The sale of form starts from 11 July, 2024 to 12 August 2024. However, all completed forms are to be returned to Nursing Services Department on or before 14th August, 2024.

The cut-off mark is 50%, and only candidates who score 50% and above will be invited for the screening interview.
